Gee, really, I forgot about that seeing how I was one of the founding members for that and all, thanks a lot.

No, I mean a clan name, did we ever decide on anything? I know ralle and some others of us had ideas, I was curious if anything stuck or if we are still just "Clan 40k" since we have nothing better yet.

Well at least a few of you should remember me since I helped you form the clan to begin with :p As a reminder I am the one who wants the title of assassin here on the boards and such, no power or anything, I just like the title since it is similar to my real proffession and I cannot be officially called that for many reasons.

Yes, I was Luirru, that is correct. I find Malufa more fitting of a name for this clan, however. Luirru can be roughly translated as "He who has no Pattern" or "Chaos incarnate", Malufa means "The insane (male) practitioner of the forbidden Art" or "The Dark sorceror" in Elfin.

Well, there is no country that speaks it, so I hope that answers that question. There are several different forms of the Elfin tongue: Quenta, Sylvan (the one I know), Mordga, Drow, High, and Common. I know more than four languages:p English is just the fourth I learned after
1) Dutch
2) German
3) French
4) English

My current french and german are horrible as I have not spoken them in quite sometime, and due to my job I have not read dutch in many years as well, tho I still speak and hear it well enough when I am talking to friends and family from there.

For those of you curious, my languages I learned and the order (to the best of my knowledge) I learned them are:

1) Dutch
2) German
3) French
4) English
5) Anglosaxon
6) Gælic
7) Sylvan
8) High Elf
9) Gedelic
and I am learning
Japanese, Cantonesse, Russian, Swedish, Danish

I learned it beacuse it proved helpful to learn Gedelic, which is what I wanted to learn. Gedelic is basically a very old Gælic, back when the Celts and the Germanic tribes were still one people. Reason I learned that was it is very similar to the writing of Cuneiform (prolly misspelled but I am sure you know of what I mean). That proved helpful in learning ancient hebrew and greek, since the latter two are derivitives of it.

Why do I know so many languages? Because I can and I want to, what other reasons do I need?

Sylvan is a degeneration of Quenta

Anglosaxon is to Old English as Old English is to American, so figure that out :p

Yes, yes (a variation of the symbiosis that is thought to happen from when egypt expanded and the native tongues of the region, depending upon the time frame you are speaking of of course), yes of course, I do not know who the Selude empire is, but everyone has a language even if it is not the one that had been previously spoken. Since I do not know who the Seludes are I will go and do some research on them tho.
