n00b question..manipulating weather effects?

how do u turn off a weather effect mid-game? the weather effect triggers dont seem to work for me...even if i already created them then turned them on, they wont turn on. So im using global weather effect and i need to know how to turn them off.

wait stupid question....i forgot to turn video setting to high...dats why i cant see weather effects...sorry to bother you all. Admin please delete this thread.
