Yea. definately a very well done work. Another great model of you . I now hardly consider about if my next project will be LOTR  . What stops me is the fact that almost everyone makes a LOTR this times...

Let's see...

The head looks strange, is that metal on it?

The rider is unanimated I'm assuming? He's going to looks pretty strange.

Rider's legs are too thin.

Leg skin doesn't match very well.

Body should be darker.

I think that's about it. It looks pretty nice, yet the missing of animations in the rider will present the biggest problem.

Yes that's armour on the head of the fellbeast, like in the movie.

The rider is not a real problem, but the head and neck of the Fellbeast are made from scratch, so that isn't animated.

I fixed the legs a bit and I'll see what I can do about the rest.

The body of the Fellbeast or the Nazgul? the colour of the fellbeast doesn't need to be darker, thats the actual colour it has in the movie.

I think you should make the rider a little bigger. He's hard to see from the top down view. Besides that, this is very nice. I love it.
