Urgent Help My First Skin

HEllo , I have to make my skin of beastmaster, is first editing and is to bad, is only for look hot is it. I import in wc3 editor put units/creeps/beastmaster/beastmaster.blp but he don't run... why? I have put the image. ->>>> I color only the face(red) and I use this tutorial Easy Skinning Tutorial - Metal - Wc3campaigns

It's recolour, and I don't even know what you're trying to do.

As for your importing problem you either imported it wrong or the file is corrupted, try to convert it again.

You're going to have to be more specific.

I try to make a simple edit the skin of beastmaster, ths file isn't downloaded; I have pick from war3x.mpq

the path is "Textures\Beastmaster.blp" (without the quotes)

atleast for me that works for my beastmaster skinns , hope it works for you to. I think your skinn look good by the way, maybe not works with the rules but I still think it looks good on the picture.
