My house goes like BOM BOM POW! ..why?

Ok so i have a nice model done, textured it and added a bone.
I set the Nodes both begining and ending to "Stand".

i placed a "Location Rotation Scale" set on the first and last step.

but my house keeps on impulsing.

ok i placed some more of this Marks inbetween, still not better.

i tried to fill the whole steps bar with marks, but house keeps on pulsing.

i notice that this apeard with another model aswell, but i could only see it
cuz i scaled the other model.

the "house" has:
3 Materials
6 Bones
6 Meshes

the "Box" has:
1 Mat
1 Bone
1 Mesh

and both have that bug.
so

mb the nodes? i tried to use seperate nodes on the house, but NeoDex ignores additional nodes.

i rly cant figure it out, mb its a very nooby all-day-happens thing.
but the Search-Engine didnt show any useful results.

i waiting here for help

im happy that its solvable but how did you do this?
because it looks like i em reproducing this error all time.
Mb you could show it on this model here? so i can open it

I have found out somthing interisting, NeoDex keeps on inserting Sclaings marks
even when i dont have any placed... >.< HEALLLPPP!!
