My fallout 3 mod

The other day i opened up the GECK and made this small mod.
its far from completion but i would like some feedback about what weapons you like/hate and whatnot.

THE vertibird minigun doesnt work so dont use it yet...
It puts you into a loop where you keep attacking so make a backup save before using this mod at this stage in dev.

Ok, I tested this for 2 mins...
The fact that I got blew up right after I entered the house wasn't really nice, so I didn't bother to check the gear. The gear in there are just some OP gear anyways right?

some weapons are... i cant test the newer version of my mod cause Fallout 3 doesnt work on windows 7
