My account level has gone down. What should I do?

Dear site workers! Why did I lose my experience? Why did I get level 3 after getting level 4?
Yesterday I was level 4. I did not receive any messages and notifications about the level decrease! Please sort it out!

It could be because someone removed a like, a post of yours was deleted or a resource restricted.

Indeed. Sometimes things in life hurt. You can either double down on creating value and reach high levels or learn to live with it. I would recommend both as a good way to get through life in general.
