great job here, awesome idea!
may you add some more shadings and highlights to the skin, especially to the "weapon" - it would make this skin even cooler

This not scared - this is some kind of an ugly murloc - and this pencil stuff is only something for a short laughing but not really use-able (only for fun-fun-maps) in my eyes. Also the colored weapon... matches to to the unit but as I said in my eyes not really use-able.
