Mummy/Blood Mummy from Dragon Quest. Spell Channel is blatantly the thriller dance. A lot of these models have funny dance animations, I have no idea where they actually get used in the game? Makes a good creep for any anime map, especially Dragonball maps.
Model is optimized heavily to cut down on filesize but animations still look great. Attack animation is sped up to work better with WC3 gameplay.
