Moving Stone Tile Model Request

You probably aren't quite sure what I'm asking for. If you do know what I'm asking for, you're probably thinking "No, that couldn't possibly be what he wants, that doesn't make any sense".

What I want is stone tiles moving. The purpose of this will be to have the appearance that a floor is moving endlessly. This will be a custom model.
Essentially, it will be http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/models-530/castlewall-49880/?prev=t%3D4%26search%3Dcastle%26r%3D20%26d%3Dlist + http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/models-530/waterfallfx-49397/?prev=search=waterfall&d=list&r=20
This will need to be of a much larger scale (I know I can scale a model up, I'm talking about the use of textures. The texture needs to use enough bricks that when I do scale the model up, it doesn't appear to use bricks the size of buildings.) The eventual size of the model will be about twice as wide as a castle, and as thick as a workshop. (Something along the lines of that, I can always stretch the model once it's been made). This is actually quite simple, but I don't have a program to use to wrap the textures to fit the shape I need.

There won't be any water in the end result. And keep in mind I don't want falling bricks, I want the pavement to be flat on the ground, and move. Like, tilt a waterfall model so that the water flows forwards rather than down, and then change it to bricks (and you will only need 1 layer, as the bricks will not be transparent). It's actually quite simple to make, I just don't have a program to wrap the textures the way I need them.
So, really it doesn't matter which base waterfall you use.

A doodad. And as I said before, it will be a moving floor, not a wall. I simply want you to use the campaign texture which is also used in the castle wall. And it doesn't need the waterfall fx, I was simply giving you the waterfall because that is an example of a doodad with infinite looping movement while standing still.
As I've said previously, the model will be a flat pavement floor which appears to endlessly move to the left (as a waterfall's water appears to move endlessly downwards)
The end result will be a moving terrain flat plane, yes, thanks for catching on, atmosferic! Glad you understood.
