yeah, sure....I've done such thing.

I've used The Godfather trilogy for a map. Works great. You can add subtitles too.

You cannot import and play video datas.
The only way of creating something similar must be done using triggers (menu cinematics). There should be some tutorials around that explain how to use triggers and cinematics.
