Mote of Fire...

Ok. I'm already at Western Entrance and i've got everything for Hummer except this Mote. I killed Firelord but he didn't droped this Mote. What should i do? I spend hour to try to find where it can be but still couldn't find it.

It's a random drop from any enemy. It is possible that you may not get it in your game.
While currently there isn't much that can be done except hoping that you will get it (the odds are not that low), I have to say that I already deemed this concept as wrong and the Legendary items will be reworked in version 2.3.6.

Is this item affected by magic find? Maybe if i increase this stat it'll drop?

It is affected by Magic Find, yes.
