Moon Flare for my Priestess of the Moon in Duel of Gods (reworked gameplay, update coming soon with 10 new heroes).

Active: after 2 seconds a beam of moonlight lands upon the targeted area (150 AoE), stunning affected targets for 2 seconds and dealing a 20% of their max life as true damage.
Has a cast range of 3500 and grants vision of the area for a 5 seconds.

Cooldown: 20 seconds.
