well done for a first i must admit. but the moth doesn't look real or even attached to the eye at all! This is probably the only thing you should fix. but otherwise this is looking very good.

More shine on the teeth and maybe remove some of the glow from the eye.
It makes it look like two seperat parts, and as I see it, it is supposed to be a face from some kind of monster?
