Modern Shypyard Needed!!!

Hi..
I have been searching Hive and Wc3c and i found no model of a modern shipyard...
Instead i just found one model of a shipyard made by Bob but it is medievil.
I was wondering if you guys can find and/or make me a custom Modern Shypyard.
I just want it to look like this:

the structure im looking for is called seaport...
PLEASE try to look for something similar or make one!

you know it actually shows you whats in the pack and theres no shipyard in that pack

I have already seen that model pack and i love all them models...
But... I need a Shipyard. I already seen and downloaded the model pack a while ago and currently using it in my map.
