Moden City Post-Apoc Templates?

are any modern city or post Apocalyptic Templates floating around?

Alas my artistic skills are lacking...

I'm a little surprised though that there aren't a bunch of templates out there for Modern and Post-Apoc maps, Seems to be a popular genre in WC3...
