Modelling tutorial help!!!

Hello, I love making maps and all kinds of things, but I need help on finding easy modelling tutorials. I am already on the hunt for texturing and skinning tutorials, but for example I'd love to know how to put a slaughterhouse part inside a crypt and then have a temple of the DWord at the side, or sumthing like that. Please help and I appreciate all that you can.
