Modelling Software (for making models for WC3 Frozen Throne)

Does anyone know about any (FREE ) modelling programs that i could download to make models? I'd really like to make a few, but have nothing to do them with. I would be much happy if u can help

There are no good free modeling programs. The best you can get is Vertex Modifier which can be found in the Hive's tool database.

its hard to model without 3d max 5 but you can combine Milkshape 3D (trial) +plugins, Gmax +plugins, Magos (model editor), oinkerwinkle's tools and don't forget the 3Ds max 9 trial edition +plugins

just start with some simple doodad models
and don't forget to google and to read tutorials

3DSMax is no longer available....

Clarification, 3DSMax5 is no longer available, but you can still get 3DSMax9, for a price.

I recommend Milkshape 3D (Cheap and easy to use), or Vertex Modifier(Official link to Oinkerwinkle's Wc3 modeling tools) if you have a tight budget. There's also some basic tutorials at that link I posted, to help get you started.
