Guys can you give me link to modeling tutorial but new because i saw old modeling tutorials and tools that i need to dl and the thing are gone Acount suspended.Or you can tell me The tools and where can i dl them and tutorial how to model with them.

Not really, I needed a few of the tools from the website with the suspended account. All I did to get them was go on google, checkout the first few links, then downloaded and used the programs.

All you need to do is spend a few min reading to find the proper link.
(No idea what your talking about when you said hacks/crashes)

Just get:
-Milkshape
-Wc3 Model Viewer
-Notepad
-Wc3

Then look up a decent tutorial on how to model in milkshape and how to export from milkshape to Wc3. Its not that hard... The tools you want are a lot harder to use.
