I have search Google for some W3 model tool to create a model, duh!
But I couldn't find one, can someone gimme a link?
I also need a model animator tool...

There are heaps of modeling tools the basic ones arent very good for creating new models but can slightly edit them, the good modeling tools will cost you money. theres some basic ones on this site under tools

I have this awesome 3D model creator! but...

I have this awesome 3D model creator and it can animate too! but... I have one tiny problem... how to convert .gmax to .mdl/.mdx

the software is called GMax... totally awesome program...

you guys can download that software too!... it's free so, you'll have no problem getting it...

But that software can only be installed inside a 3DsMax folder ?

Since you reply with that idea... maybe you know another way on how to install that software?...

That software if for GMax and 3ds. Ill check how since I got 3ds.
EDIT:
When you open it, go to install tools, then select the folder where 3ds max/Gmax is placed. Im now sure if it works on Gmax. Just go to the folder where it is. Like ex.
C: -> Program Files -> Autodesk -> 3ds Max
Like that.

Milkshape3d, most of the good modelers use that program.
It's not free, but there is 30-days-trial.

Imo blender. Very very powerful. Gui is slightly complicated but i prefer it over gmax or milkshape anyday.
