Modeling, Doodad Help. Getting a Shadow

Hello im working on a map with one of my friends and i cant seem to get this model right. Im pretty sure i got the pathing right. The problem is that i can see the model clearing in the editor however when i load the game its just a shadow. Can someone help ASAP.

I got the same problem when I want to change E.g. the tree model of an ashenvale tree... It doesn't show up. I think this cannot be helped exept by using another doodad as the base doodad...
