Model ugly when changing animation

I changed the villager man animations with the blademaster animations. And now the villager looks like this (also ingame)

thats because u somehow corrupted the invisibility track!

actually this is part of the model all the time, even the original one has it, but it normally only shows up when the unit is decaying...

But how do i fix this ?

If you don't need it, you could remove the meshes of those parts.

With which tool can i do that? And how with that tool?

delete it with magos or change it with notepad (just compare the unmerged version with the merged and u see whats different) else you would need 3dsmax
