Do you mean changing facing position of models? Well, you change it by going to Object Editor and there change its Fixed Rotation.

I mean like changing the model for example : --- = the roof and changing it to something like : l = a wall, the only thing I can do is to rotate it but it won't turn from horizontal to vertical
