Is that one made for Wc3, or just one ported from WoW? If the latter, I'd love to see someone make one that is really optimized for Warcraft3 usage... In-game textures, lower-poly mesh, etc.

I've seen that model before and as far as I'm aware it is a fully fledged warcraft 3 model.
