Model Request - Simple Effect

Ok guys I have a request for a model that I hope is not too hard,
I don't think I can explain how it looks like but good for me I learned how to make animated GIFs and the tedious process of saving every frame from Visual Gameboy....




Ok, see the circles when he starts attacking the frozen target? I want that modeled! I would like the model to have all the different rotations ( / , \ , | , -) as different stand animations (Stand - 1, Stand -2, etc...). There will be no need for different sizes, just a standard size is nice. And the color can be any easy color that can be easily editable by changing the Red/Green/Blue hues? o.o
