Model Request, can anyone give me a hand?

I've just learned how to add/remove skins/models/icons from the world editor, id like to learn how to actually design a skin/model. However I need someone skillful to try and create a mounted night elf archer..is this possible?
Specifications:
-Mounted on either a cat (tiger, panther....)
-Male archer

I am hoping to be able to make the Mount Hippogryph ability change to an archer mounting a panther.
