I've got some questions on how to do models, I actually want to start making some myself, if the requirements are good...
1. What program does it need?
2. Does that program cost anything?
3. Should I start making skins and icons first?
4. How do I change their animations?
I think that's enough now. Someone plz answer me :D

1. You can use gmax which is free but not very good. Milskhape works I think ask Werewulf, but it costs. 3ds max is the best but expensive.

2. Depends which you want.

3. Not neccesary I think. Skins is a good thing though so you can make it for your models.

4. Change animations? To change an existing wc3 model you need to open it in 3ds max with the art tools. To make a new model with new animations you just do your own.

I wish I had any talent in art so I could make models. I have the programs but I consatntly encounter problems.
