MODEL - Model request - Need expert for this one!

Awhile back someone posted a burning horror model, it was awesome and i loved it but one thing i was thinking. Can someone take a skeleton and give it like a frostwyrm tail for its legs instead and give it the scythe like hands that the horror had? cuz i want a floating wraith for my MMO Map. I guess it would be possible to skin the shade but i think it would look better as a model.
