model issue

I am having some issues with models when i go to change model file i see the model but when i put oblect in game its a green cube and i go in game and it is still nothing just shadows
the map file is attached
and if u fixed it then post map back plz
or explain what i did wrong.

guys fixed just messed around and i was ment to make it an envirioment instead of a tree
