Are you sure you're asking this in the right place?

Anyway, if you're looking for Sylvanas model from Reforged beta (which is my understanding based on your recent posting activity), then... 1) this thread isn't about Reforged and thus your choice to ask your question here is strange and 2) I don't have Reforged or Reforged beta, so I won't be able to help you.

Regardless, if you want the non-Reforged Sylvanas model (i.e. one from 1.31.1), you will need to use something like CASC Viewer. Download the program, launch it and select "Open Storage", select the Data folder in your Warcraft III directory and then go to war3.war3mod -> units. The models are all in there.
