Model doesn't work

I'm in need of this model:

But it doesn't seem to work for me,when i import it,only white rectangle appears.
Can anyone import it into a test map and post it here?
(I referred "Not sure how to import model" and i did as told,still didn't work)

EDIT: Aw,nevermind...friend told me what to do!
