Model Bloodelf Crusader doesnt work

i downloaded a Bloodelf Crusader model the one with blond hairs and imported it then i used it on a knight when i Train a crusader the gold wood and Food gets used it builds him too but i cant see or target him whats the problem ? all other model i downloaded do work
