By "Alternate" do you mean the animations with the tag "Alternate"?
You use them the same way you use the Demon Hunter ones. Make a unit with, in that one field, "alternatE"

Let me give an example: When I downloaded olofs rolling battle droid model I tried to make it roll into its ball animation, but it just pops baxk up! :evil:
