Model animation speed change request

Hello i would like to increase the speed of the ice shard of the blizzard effect. The model is the one with only one shard. Abilities\Spells\Human\Blizzard\BlizzardTarget.mdl
I would be very nice of it has a slow spawn so it's visible for like 0.3 seconds and then it falls down very fast, almost instantly.

I tried to do this with model editor but i failed multiple times so i appriciate if you can tell me if it's possible with model editor and how do to it.

Optional. Increase the size scale by 1.85

Hey, it's a little slow, it would be nice if the entire animation it's 0.5 / 0.6 seconds long, but duration aside it's perfect
