model/animation request

first of all and most importantly would some one be able to add a death animation to my window that makes it look like its shatering. If my model is to crap to be animated (I'm terrible at model editing etc) then could you make a better animated one. Secondly would some one be able to create a ceiling model i have attached a picture of what it should resemble but any modifications are welcome the ceiling picture is the one with the strange name (126........) thankk you. I would give+ rep if i knew how so if someone wants to tell me that as well that would be great.
