Animated Ceiling Rays

So we've got a Ceiling Rays model on the Hive, but I was wondering if somebody (possibly you?!) might be interested in making an animated one. I imagine something like the rays of sun/moonlight but animating straight down toward the ground, sort of like particles. It would need to be a circle ofc and white, so it can be tinted

Yeah I know that but this one needs to be an object not a weather effect
