"Missing" Trigger Editor Icons/Buttons

Today I noticed the buttons at the top of the trigger editor are "missing" i.e. actions, variables, etc. I usually just use the hotkeys but did I accidentally hit change a setting or something?

This occurs in all the maps I have opened and a new one so it seems not to be map specific but a WE setting.
