When I changed to Jass Newgen 2.0.7 after reinstalling Windows 7, this happened!

WTF?

I wonder if this is the reason why my map (Ultracraft 1: Lionwrath) can't function correctly?

Check "UMSWE" and make sure that there is no checkmark. If there is, then click it again to disable UMSWE.

Otherwise, try opening the standard editor. Do you get the same error? If so, then you may need to reinstall Wc3.

I saved the map with this bug. Is it okay?

EDIT: The problems' gone, but I saved the map with the "Missing String" bug. Is it a problem?
