missing dll for tileset.exe

using sharpcraft as my main world editor. But need to add more tiles then the editor lets me, so ive tried using the tileset.exe from JNGP, i get an error saying its missing lua5.1.dll

so then i decided to use an older version of the game and just try making a map in JNGP, I still get the same error missing lua5.1.dll.

any ideas on how to fix?

EDIT:
ok ive found the dll file. and now the program runs without the error, but the program immidietly shuts off as soon as i run it.
