Mirroring a model?

I've finished a model that I've been working on; however, I'd like it to attack with the right hand, and defend with the left. Instead, it does the opposite. So I'm curious if there are any simple ways to mirror the model?

Not that I know of. Not easily anyway.

Scaling by -1 on a single axis turns all the faces inside out, so unless Vertex Modifier can reverse the vertex order...

Uh, no simple way, if it's even possible.
