For the Gold Mines, go to the Gold mine unit, Units tab, Object editor and remove their gold mine ability. Then,
  • Trigger
  • Events
    • Map Initialization
  • Conditions
  • Actions
    • Custom script: set bj_wantDestroyGroup = true
    • Unit Group - Pick every unit in (Units of type Gold Mine) and do (Actions)
      • Loop - Actions
        • Unit - Add Gold Mine ability to (Picked unit)
