much more definition. your shading is all over the place. try to define where the shadows are and where the highlights are to make it look a lot more realistic. you don't want to have a random highlight here and a random shadow there. you may be trying to add dimension to it, but if you do it randomly, it does quite the opposite. It makes it look even more flat. what you have is good progress, but it wont be approved just yet. Try also reading some art tutorials on creating texture. It is important if you want to have a realistic skin :) Good luck!
