Milkshape to Mdx: Files needed

I recently removed all data from my pc, and now I came across the fact, that I need the export function from Milkshape again, but wc3campaigns is down.

I'd be really glad if anyone could give/send me the needed files, I can't remember exactly how many they are or what their names are :/
