Reminds me of "Soothing Sunlight" miracle from Dark Souls, neat cold be useful I suppose, though I agree with JH, it needs some higher quality effects.

I'm not at the very least, but my honest opinion is it still needs to be a tad bit higher in quality for it to really stand out, its okay as is, but it could be a lot better.
