[Maul] How to create anti-dead end - checker?

I'm thinking of running a 420-movement speed guy through the maze. If its order is no longer "move", I'll explode nearby structures and give the money of them back, then reorder the guy to move to the end.

But that's kind of dumb. How can I smartly create anti-dead end checker for mauls?
