Just resize the preview image you want to 256x256 or 128x128(using for example gimp), then save it as a tga file and then import it into the map and change the path to war3mapPreview.tga
Create a picture (a nice one).
Resize it to 128x128 or 256x256 (those numbers are the amount of pixels in the X-dimension x the Y-dimension).
Save the image as a .tga-file (TarGA, the extension blizzard uses quite a lot).
Import it in your map (judging from the screeny, you know how to do that).
Change the path of the imported file to "war3mapPreview.tga".
This is literally what he said, I just added comments and added enters =.=
If you don't have a good image editor where you can save images as .tga, get paint.net (free, simple and very good for simple photo editing).
You can just go an Google Images and find a zombie picture, resize it, reshape it, and there! Or you can even take a screenshot, edit it and use the edit screenshot as a map preview.
