Maps disappearing in wc3

Hi !
I have a really weird problem... I updated my Wc3 from 1.20 to 1.24 today... I haven't played in some years... but almost every map I have, disappeared after that :S ... they are still in the folder in Wc3\Maps\Downloads ... but I can't see them when I am in the game :S ... It's really weird :S ... can someone please help me

A lot of maps became unplayable after the 1.24 patch because it altered the editor and game by disabling the return bug, causing a lot of pre 1.24 maps to simply not run in wc3.

Ok... alot of old maps is kinda funny though... but it is not only old maps that disappeared... it's new maps too :S ... dark invasion 2 is one of them :S

well, I had this problem too, but then I moved them all to another folder too and they apeared again... looks like your maps disapear after you path them to 1.24, but they come back when you put them elswhere.

Somewhen in the last few patches, Blizzard made maps with too lang filepaths dissapear.

It's because of a too long filename. Move them to "Maps\Download" and change their filename to something shorter. For instance, "Dark_Invasion_II_V._1.690_EPIC.w3x" wont work, but "DI2v.190" should.
