Hello im proberbly not the only one to ask this but how do i make my map larger than what it already is. If it is a special editor then please create a link for me.
Also all i want is to create a plain map of a size of 590x590 or near to. The i want to open the plain map in the normal editor. This is becuase im scared of using the new editor and finding out that the map doesnt work on the game :(

- It is impossible to create maps bigger than 480*480 (it's hardcoded in WC3).

- If you make a map that exceeds the limits somehow (too big, too many units/doodads...), you can't save it in the normal editor anymore. Once your map is bigger than 256*256 you have to keep using the JNGP.

- You don't have to be scared by the JNGP. ;) I used it for years and I had less problems with it than with the original editor.

- Don't use World Editor Unlimited (WEU), it's bugged and likely to corrupt your map file.

Click grimoir or w/e the button is called near the top of the editor and enable no limits.

yeah i know but im planning on making a large map and i might need hashtables, and instead of saying what you said a simple no or yes infront of it would be nice, dont have to be a dick i asked the question for a reason -_- and it seemed like you already answered his question

I'm not being a dick, im telling you that the thread is about map size. If you want to know about hashtables with JNGP go make a new thread with the question. =/
