Okay, so I have this image, that is flat. It is saved as a .tga file. I follow the tutorial written by Darg at TheHelper.net. I know he has done it correct, as people say it works great. But for me, it does not work.

So... I imported the image file as it said, and changed the path correctly (Picture of Import manager below):

Now, when I click on the map in Warcraft III:The Frozen Throne, it exits (crashes) and displays the following message:

This occurs on both single player and Battle.net. Why is this? It stops me from having map previews which angers me :x

Thanks in advance!

make shure it works, without your custom loading screen, if it does proceed to
2nd
check wether you did the loading screen correct:
24 bit, no compression, 256x156 or 128x128
if you did, proceed to
3ed
remake the picture. Sometimes there happens a file-error, coursing the image to be unreadable for wc3.

if none of these helped - then ask again - i'll try to help you fixing it.

Hey, despite the fact that i've already helped people with this kind of problem like ... many times, since you tried a tutorial and went for it yourself before asking, i'm more than happy to try and help.

A little checklist of things i need to know before we can find the problem;

1 - Does the .tga file have one of the following dimensions: "128x128" or "256x256" ?
2 - What is the filesize? (The filesize i saw in the screenshot made me wonder wheter the file is saved right)

Please answer these two and we'll find out what's wrong.
