Map description quality of life suggestions

1. Add the option to preview the description to see how it will look before posting it, just like forum messages can be previewed.
2. Add the option, the button, to attach the pictures uploaded along with the map to the map description, just like you can attach the pictures uploaded along with a forum post to that post.
